Last Updated: August 2026
At Growlyst, we are committed to delivering high-quality Shopify development, conversion optimization, and digital growth services. As our services involve significant time, expertise, and custom work, this Refund Policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled.
1. Nature of Our Services
Growlyst provides digital services and custom project work, including but not limited to:
- Shopify Store Development
- Shopify Store Redesign
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
- Meta Ads Management
- Landing Page Development
- Shopify Consulting
- Performance Optimization
- Ongoing Maintenance
As these services are tailored specifically to each client, they cannot be returned like physical products.
2. Project Deposit
A project may require an advance payment before work begins.
This deposit secures your project schedule, reserves development time, and covers initial planning and research.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, project deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.
3. Cancellation Before Work Begins
If a project is cancelled before any work has started, Growlyst may issue a full or partial refund after deducting any administrative or consultation fees, if applicable.
4. Cancellation After Work Begins
If work has already started:
- Payments already made for completed work are non-refundable.
- Any work completed up to the cancellation date will be delivered where applicable.
- Additional outstanding work completed before cancellation remains payable.
5. Monthly Services
For recurring services such as:
- Meta Ads Management
- CRO Retainers
- Store Maintenance
- Growth Partnership
Clients may cancel future services by providing written notice before the next billing cycle.
No refunds will be issued for work already completed during the active billing period.
6. Client Delays
If a project is delayed because the client does not provide:
- Content
- Images
- Product Information
- Required Access
- Feedback
- Approvals
Growlyst reserves the right to pause the project until the required information is received.
Such delays do not qualify for refunds.
7. Change of Mind
Refunds will not be issued due to:
- Change of business plans
- Change of personal preference
- Competitor pricing
- Delay caused by the client
- Choosing not to use the completed work
8. Scope Changes
Requests that significantly alter the approved project scope may require:
- Revised timeline
- Additional quotation
- Updated agreement
Scope changes do not qualify as grounds for refunds.
9. Third-Party Costs
Payments made toward third-party services such as:
- Shopify Subscription
- Premium Themes
- Apps
- Domains
- Hosting
- Advertising Spend
- Software Licenses
are non-refundable, as these are billed directly by the respective providers.
10. Exceptions
Refund requests may be considered if:
- Growlyst is unable to commence the agreed project due to reasons solely within our control.
- Both parties mutually agree to terminate the project before substantial work has begun.
Any approved refund will be processed using the original payment method where possible.
